Sales Executive At Cepheo

As a Sales Executive, you will become part of a fantastic sales team and dedicated colleagues. You will work closely with a dedicated team of skilled colleagues who have extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, and who are now ready to take our customers on the journey towards the data-driven organization and Industry 4.0.

Currently, the Danish sales team consists of a total of eight colleagues, located in different places in Denmark. The team values having daily contact on Teams to share knowledge and help each other.

In the role of Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales process – from identifying potential customers to completed deals.

Our sales focus lies on four key areas:

  • Digital transformation – ERP: Business Central + Finance & Operations
  • CRM & Customer Facing Platforms
  • Microsoft 365 Sharepoint & Collaboration
  • Industry 4.0 – Analytics, AI, and Copilot

Your primary role will be focused on the sale of Analytics projects and data-driven solutions. You will play a central role in shaping and implementing the strategy for how we position and sell Analytics and AI solutions in the market. Together with our delivery team, you will help define the sales strategy and ensure that we deliver value to our customers through data and AI solutions.

It is therefore crucial that you can articulate the value of analytics and clearly convey how our solutions can help customers achieve business goals through data-driven insights. You will help build our market position within Industry 4.0 and ensure that we offer complete solutions within data platforms, reporting services, and AI-driven systems. Our solutions are based on Microsoft’s technology portfolio, including Fabric, PowerBI, Databricks, Azure, AI Studio, and Copilot.

In close collaboration with our Marketing & Communications team, you will identify and qualify leads and guide them through a successful sales process. Importantly, you will not start from scratch – we already have a strong marketing engine and an experienced delivery team to support you.

Although your primary focus will be on Analytics, AI, and Industry 4.0, it is important that you also have a broad understanding of our other business areas. At Cepheo, we strive to be a holistic advisor for our customers, and therefore it is essential that you also have insight into ERP solutions, customer engagement, and digital transformation as a whole.

Not all customer meetings start with a dialogue about Analytics. Often, the dialogue can start with topics such as ERP, CRM, Field Service, or other areas within digitalization, and it is therefore important that you can engage in a broad business dialogue that supports the customer’s overall digital journey.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Cepheo’s position in Analytics and AI in the Danish market.
  • Articulate the value of analytics and data-driven solutions in relation to the customer’s business goals and needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, focusing on Analytics, AI, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
  • Responsible for driving the sales process from first contact to contract negotiations, including the development of presentations, offers, and strategies.
  • Work closely with our pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure effective solutions for our customers.
  • Achieve sales targets, maintain pipeline and status updates in the CRM system.

Expectations From You

  • Several years of experience in selling Analytics solutions, AI, data platforms, or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Synapse, Databricks, Power BI, AI solutions)
  • Strong understanding of how data and analytics can drive business value
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring successful sales results
  • Experience with Microsoft’s ecosystem and technology portfolio is an advantage
  • Technical mindset and ability to understand complex customer needs
