Overview

The Bulk Sales Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales quotes using professional sales techniques, and maintaining relationships and developing new relationships with customers.

  • Mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook) and SalesPad.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Develop and maintain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers at multi-family properties over the telephone.
  • Manage quote volume with an existing group of customers and provide quotes to prospects to successfully expand the customer base.
  • Conduct pre-quotes to qualify products and customers.
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competition information and trends; identify sales opportunities.
  • Update product knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and participate in appropriate conference calls.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Some college level of education in a relevant field of study is preferred.
