Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 29 branches nationwide. We're seeking a Strategic Sales Coordinator to support our Strategic Accounts and Sales Management teams by handling client records, discounts, and administrative tasks that help drive sales growth and efficiency. This is a support-focused role, not a direct sales position.

What you will need:

  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Great Plains and Sales Pad is a plus!

How you will make an impact:

  • Provide support that increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the Strategic Accounts and Sales Management teams.
  • Assist in new Chadwell Advantage Program (CAP) rollouts, maintain files, and manage sales pipelines.
  • Assist with the New Branch Expansion Customer Account Number Import process.
  • Maintain regional discounts and pricing with strategic Chadwell customers.
  • Prepare and provide reporting for the National Accounts team and Sales Management.
  • Notify the Credit Department of all ownership and management company changes.
  • Assist with daily alerts from the Credit team regarding discount changes and closed accounts.
  • Provide website access for corporate management contacts so they can view invoices and purchase history.
  • Help new customers transition smoothly to becoming dedicated Chadwell Supply loyal customers.
  • Assist with loading GL Codes and performing 3rd-party platform monthly catalog updates and shopping lists.
  • Partner with assigned National Account Managers (NAMs) to reduce their administrative workload.
