- Define and execute account plans for the Federal territory, focusing on driving the adoption of Chainguard Images to new customers within Accounts - Evangelize the value proposition and ROI to prospects and leads, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within government programs to drive change - Collaborate with internal business functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience, leveraging community, partner ecosystems, and marketing for growth - Manage business and track opportunities in SFDC and other supporting tools, forecasting accurately to meet and exceed quota - Champion Chainguard offerings with key stakeholders to drive projects' future state, working in an agile environment with a focus on solution-oriented sales strategies

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced Enterprise Sales professional with a minimum of 8 years in Federal sales, demonstrating a track record of success in SaaS subscription sales - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for building relationships with key decision-makers and evangelizing the value proposition - Entrepreneurial mindset with a founder's approach, showcasing resourcefulness, creativity, and a strong work ethic - Ability to work collaboratively within a team while being competitive and driven to exceed sales quotas - Willingness to travel to client locations to support sales relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
