✨ About The Role

- Define and execute account plans for the Federal territory, driving the adoption of Chainguard Images to new customers within Accounts - Evangelize the value proposition and ROI to prospects and leads, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within a government program to effect change - Collaborate with internal business functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience, leveraging community, partner ecosystems, and marketing to drive significant growth - Manage business and track opportunities in SFDC and other supporting tools, forecasting accurately to meet and exceed quota - Champion offerings with key stakeholders to drive a project’s future state, working closely with the Public Sector team to establish a presence within Federal customer accounts

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced Enterprise Sales professional with a minimum of 8 years in the Federal sector, demonstrating a competitive and driven attitude while also being a team player - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for building relationships with key decision-makers and evangelizing the value proposition of Secure Software Supply Chains - Must be willing to travel to clients to support sales relationships, showing an entrepreneurial and founder mindset with a strong work ethic and creativity - Ability to thrive in an agile environment, understanding the sales process and articulating a compelling value proposition in a complex business environment - TS/SCI Clearance required, with a proven track record in Software SaaS subscription sales and a fundamental understanding of sales processes
