What You'll Do:

• Guide customers through the home buying journey
• Build relationships with buyers and follow up via CRM
• Promote homes using social media (we train you!)
• Set appointments and close sales
• Become an expert in floor plans, customization, and financing options

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Speak Spanish & English
• Are outgoing, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Love working in a team and earning what you're worth
• Are available Monday–Saturday (Sundays off)
• Have strong communication & time management skills
• Can pass a background check and drug screening
