• Excellent communication skills
• Motivator - Self starter
• Marketing with social media experience is a plus
• Comfortable with face to face interaction with customers
• Someone who is willing to work every Saturday (Sundays off)
• Risk taker
• Someone who is confident and not afraid to think out of the box to drive customers through the door
• Team player
• Sales experience is a plus but not required

What is the gig?

• Selling manufactured, modular and tiny homes
• You do not need a real estate license
• Provide excellent customer service skills
• Keep up with marketing and posting ads
• Help customers get qualified and scale their budget
