As a Sales Development Representative, you are at the heart of business growth. You won't just build a pipeline—you'll own relationships, find creative ways to spark meaningful conversations, and directly impact company revenues. This is a launchpad role with clear routes to promotion, ongoing professional coaching, and exposure to senior leadership from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, engage, and qualify high-value leads using multi-channel outreach (calls, video, LinkedIn, email, social).
- Book meetings for sales leads and play a vital role in closing deals with decision-makers.
- Tailor conversations and messages to individual pain points; every outreach is personalized, insight-driven, and builds rapport.
- Run crisp discovery calls to identify true business needs, unlocking opportunities with real influence over buying decisions.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and deal conversion rates.
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and emergent trends with the sales team; be the first to spot what’s next.
- Collaborate with all parts of our organization (Sales, Marketing, Product) to unify messaging and target strategies.
- Commit to continuous improvement—regularly feedback on the process and suggest what works better.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years high-performance SDR or inside sales experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or a rapidly scaling B2B vertical.
- Proven ability to exceed targets (pipeline, meetings, revenue), demonstrating exceptional follow-through and resilience.
- Emotionally intelligent, competitive mindset; hungry to win, thrive under pressure, and learn from both success and rejection.
- Expert communicator—clear, persuasive, and able to ask strong questions that get beneath the surface.

- Technological proficiency with CRM, sales automation tools, social prospecting, and data analysis.
