THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
You will bring value to our clients who are not revealed by the world of conversational marketing and the manyfold possibilities for their business model yet. It will be your responsibility to build a trusted long-term partnership with our clients, make sure the relationship works well with both parties. In this role, you will actively drive our mission to humanize ecommerce by enabling ever more valuable conversations between brands and their consumers - and become one of the world’s first and leading experts in Conversational Marketing and Commerce. Ultimately, you are driving the revenue growth for charles and hence you have a direct impact on the speed we grow.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against
key performance metrics
, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, as well as growing existing accounts

You will
run the full-cycle sales
role with responsibility for generating pipeline, closing deals, and delivering exhilarating product demos

You will
analyze the performance
of potential customers and learn
how to identify potential
for business improvement for them to achieve using charles
-
As our go-to-person for the DACH region, you will be asked to
provide regular feedback
to Marketing, Product teams to understand our customers better and improve processes

You will work closely with the Operation Team to ensure the best possible and align processes; with Customer Success & Marketing teams to ensure that best practices of charles are shared and implemented with our Customers

You will actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

Ideally you have experience in a Tech startup as an Account Executive
-
You have a profound knowledge of the ecommerce market and SaaS technologies or have Adtech / Martech background
-
You leverage methodologies such as
SPIN, MEDDIC, or BANT
to optimize and drive success throughout the sales cycle

Very good understanding of our ideal customer profile and buying persona partners, being able to develop patterns for the outbound and cold approaches

Ability to show high level of resilience in compelling situations and collaborate on complex negotiations
-
You can create powerful sales presentations and have a clear and effective voice for engaging with our audience
-
You are familiar with working with a CRM system (ideally HubSpot)
-
You are familiar with GDPR legalization and have the ability externally partner with legal teams to create bulletproof contracts

You are fluent in
German
and English
