We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Catering Sales Manager to join our Sales & Events team. This role is the primary contact for all social event inquiries (weddings, showers, galas, celebrations) and is responsible for maximizing catering revenue by selling, detailing, and executing successful events. Once sleeping rooms and event space are contracted by the Director of Sales, the Catering Sales Manager takes the lead in building menus, upselling enhancements, and managing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
