As a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative, you will work from one of our call centers, where you will manage inbound customer calls, actively listening to and investigating customers' concerns. Your goal is to improve customer satisfaction and build loyalty by turning challenging experiences into positive ones, while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
