Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 10 years in field sales management in a high-transaction, fast-paced, quota-driven B2B environment (telecommunications, wireless, or cable) Proven success in a leadership role selling B2B Proven success in managing P&L and understanding financial statements
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Strong ability to manage multiple projects through difficulties
  • Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership and motivational skills Excellent communication and public speaking Ability to lead and guide decision-making in business solutions High ethical standards and integrity Strong commitment to customer satisfaction Human resources skills
