The platform offers features like automated messaging, integration with existing software solutions, WhatsApp newsletters, and an easy-to-use ticketing system to effectively manage customer inquiries. With Chatlyn, our customers can optimize their processes, increase revenue, and rethink communication. Responsibilities

You are the first face that our customers connect with Chatlyn. Let it be an unmistakable and positive impression!

• You independently develop new contact lists (hotels, airlines, travel agencies, etc.)
• You contact potential customers via various channels (LinkedIn, phone, email, WhatsApp) and qualify them (no worries, we will teach you everything you need)
• You are welcome to accompany us to various trade fairs and events in the hospitality sector and see the world at the same time
• You are responsible for filling the pipeline of our sales team with new appointments
• You carefully document your activities in our CRM (Pipedrive)
• You use this position as an entry opportunity for a career in sales
• You like to bring in new ideas on how we can better reach and qualify more potential customers. Creativity is encouraged!

You are open and approachable, not afraid to make new contacts and are happy to join us on trade fairs!

• You are interested in travel and the hospitality industry
• You show an interest in understanding customer needs and identifying if Chatlyn can help
• You are an open personality who manages to build a basis of trust and generate interest
• You have an enthusiastic and passionate personality, are interested in startups, and bring a high level of initiative and self-reliance
• You are happy to join us on trade fairs in Berlin, Dubai, Madrid, London, Amsterdam, and many more...
• You speak fluent English and German (if you speak another language, please highlight it)

The salary range specified in the job advertisement refers to the gross annual salary (full-time). Your specific salary and any potential additional compensation are based on experience and will be discussed personally during your application.
