Account Executive At Chatlyn

As an account executive at Chatlyn, you are instrumental in bringing our AI-powered customer engagement platform to the hospitality world. You identify and convince hotel businesses and hospitality brands of how our solution revolutionizes guest service while alleviating staff workload. With your sales talent and your knack for customer needs, you directly contribute to Chatlyn's growth and actively shape the future of guest communication.

Responsibilities

You are at the forefront of our growth and position our solutions with customer decision-makers:

  • You work closely with the team and manage the entire deal lifecycle from qualification, validation, to closing.
  • You analyze customer potentials and identify specific customer needs and desires.
  • You conduct stunning product demos to our prospects and energize the target audience with tailored pitches.
  • You gather new customer requests and feed them into the continuous product development in the engineering team.
  • You collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product to continually enhance our sales process.
  • You document and analyze your sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot).

Qualification

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
  • You bring a hunter mentality but are also strong in relationship management.
  • You ideally have experience in the hospitality industry or a strong interest in the challenges of this sector.
  • You have a structured, goal-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
  • You have a good technical understanding – ideally in the area of messaging/communication solutions.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
