With Chatlyn, you can bundle all messenger channels and optimally utilize them for customer inquiries, service, marketing, and sales. The platform offers features like automated messaging, integration with existing software solutions, WhatsApp newsletters, and an easy-to-use ticketing system to effectively manage customer inquiries. With Chatlyn, our customers can optimize their processes, increase revenue, and rethink communication. Responsibilities

• You are the first face that our customers connect with Chatlyn. Make it a distinctive and positive impression!
• You independently develop new contact lists (hotels, airlines, travel agencies, etc.)
• You contact potential customers through various channels (LinkedIn, phone, email, WhatsApp) and qualify them (don’t worry, we will teach you everything you need)
• You can accompany us to various trade fairs and events in the hospitality sector if you want to and see the world at the same time
• You are responsible for filling our sales team’s pipeline with new appointments
• You carefully document your activities in our CRM (Pipedrive)
• You use this position as an entry-level opportunity for a career in sales
• You like to bring in new ideas on how we can better reach and qualify more potential customers. Creativity is encouraged!

Qualification

• You are open and approachable, not afraid to make new contacts and are happy to join us at trade fairs!
• You are interested in travel and the hospitality industry
• You have an interest in understanding and identifying customer requirements to see how Chatlyn can help
• You are an open-minded personality who can build a trust base and generate interest
• You have an enthusiastic and passionate personality, interest in startups, and bring a high level of initiative and independence
• You enjoy joining us at trade fairs in Berlin, Dubai, Madrid, London, Amsterdam, and more...
• You speak fluent English and German (if you speak another language, please highlight it)
