The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to be on the front line of our growth. This is a hybrid role: part BDR (outbound hunting, sparking opportunities) and part AE (owning deals end-to-end).
You'll be responsible for building pipelines, running meetings, and closing new business - bringing in mid-market and enterprise logos while learning how to scale a category-defining AI company from the ground up.
This is a high-ownership role where your work will directly shape Resolutiion's revenue engine and future category leadership.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and hunt: research accounts, run outbound campaigns, and spark first conversations with decision-makers.
- Qualify and pitch: run discovery calls, demos, and position Resolutiion's value clearly and compellingly.
- Close deals: take ownership of the sales cycle from first meeting to signature.
- Build pipeline discipline: balance quick wins with long-term, strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve messaging and ensure customer success.
- Represent Resolutiion externally: join events, webinars, and industry forums to connect with prospects.
About You

- 2–4 years' experience in sales, BDR/AE, or revenue-generating roles (SaaS/enterprise tech a plus).
- Proven ability to book, run, and close customer meetings.
- Natural relationship builder who's confident talking to senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial, hunter mindset.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Comfortable with a fast-moving, international environment.
