- The Sales Manager I will drive sales results in alignment with CHG's core values and participate in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- This role involves creating and implementing growth and development plans for team members and leaders.
- The successful candidate will coach and mentor sales team members through various activities, including weekly one-on-one meetings and role-playing.
- Reporting on team performance to senior leadership on a daily and weekly basis is a key responsibility.
- The position requires conducting individual performance appraisals and taking necessary actions regarding team members' progress and results.

- The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and influence a team of sales consultants and/or leaders.
- A proven track record of growing, managing, and maintaining a book of business is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of one to five years of experience leading people and/or leaders, preferably within a sales capacity.
- Experience in the direct sales of products or professional services for at least two years is required.
- Strong and effective negotiation skills, along with excellent organization, prioritization, and time management abilities, are crucial.
