This is a hybrid role requiring time in the Chicago office. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the US Distribution Analytics team supporting US Personal and Business Banking. The incumbent will recognize the need for strict security and be able to use good judgment and professional tact when handling confidential and sensitive matters appropriately and timely. The incumbent will also support and, at times, work with multiple lines of business. Responsibilities include:
+ 3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + Possess a university degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar + Experience in Banking/Financial Services + Subject matter expert in SAS, SQL, Power BI and Excel + Knowledge and experience in Tableau and Python a plus
Demonstrates ability to build, automate and present data driven analysis and insights + Collaboration & Team skills – In-depth + Demonstrates strong communication skills (both written and verbal) + Exhibits advanced critical thinking skills, integrative skills and creativity to drive innovation + Demonstrates ability to build a good fact base, apply sound reasoning, and generate relevant recommendations that get implemented and lead to business success + Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an agile fast paced environment + Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high level of due diligence
Salary: $74,000.00 - $138,000.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
