Strategically develop and direct programs that enhance sales initiatives, optimize operational processes, and support field efforts to achieve revenue targets and market growth. Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing sales programs, cross-functional coordination, training and sales enablement, market and customer analysis, and process improvement.

An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. Earn between $71,900 - $107,900 USD.
