The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth by closing consultative sales, strategically managing the sales pipeline and building strong relationships to generate new business opportunities for the organization. KPIs include the number of deals closed, close rate, and number of weekly meetings.
Key responsibilities include managing and working on sales related administrative duties, accurately representing and developing thorough knowledge about the company's products, efficiently collecting payment of follow-up cases, providing excellent customer service support, working cross-functionally with operations/fulfillment teams, providing resolutions to client's grievances, sustaining company's profitability through excellent relationship management and renewal of retainer clients, and increasing company's profitability through onboarding prospects to clients.
Key qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, background in digital marketing agencies, proven experience in managing and engaging with US/AU/EU clients, strong sales and customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and sales software, excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, in-depth understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques, and ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations.
