Fire Safety Product Sales Manager
To drive sales and market share for fire safety products and solutions in Singapore, ensuring compliance with local standards and building strong relationships within the commercial and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales plans for the full range of fire safety products and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with SMEs and key accounts.
- Develop proposals and cost estimates for fire alarms, sprinklers, inspections, and maintenance services.
- Build market share and establish strong brand awareness in Singapore.
- Develop and maintain good rapport with M&E consultants, M&E contractors, and fire contractors.
- Interpret and understand fire alarm and fire protection schematic diagrams accurately.
- Provide technical expertise on fire alarm and fire protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Standard Code of Practice for fire safety.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Handle pressure effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and manage pipeline using CRM tools
- Prepare territory forecasts and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Previous working experience in fire protection systems and solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire safety products and systems.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client relations, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Skilled in proposal development, costing, and negotiations
- Familiarity with Singapore fire safety standards and codes of practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
