We are looking for an Inside Sales DUNS Hunter who can conduct internal sales, focusing on potential clients who have shown interest in specific products or services. Identify qualified leads, conduct proactive approaches, and close deals efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for client maintenance in the database: renewal and focus on generating sales and identifying business opportunities within the portfolio (up-sell and cross-sell)
  • Responsible for all account management, including developing a good understanding of accounts, understanding customer businesses, and timely problem-solving; understanding competitor solutions that the client is using and the current and developing needs of the client;
  • Building relationships and the ability to develop new businesses;
  • Maintaining good levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication with all clients and building solid working relationships with each client;
  • Utilizing all resources/knowledge to solve customer problems with appropriate solutions;
  • Ability to analyze and utilize internal and external resources to support the sale;
  • Managing the sales forecast and the pipeline to ensure clear reports of upcoming renewals, additional sales opportunities, along with revenue and associated deadlines, accurately tracking sales activities and forecasts in Salesforce;
  • Understanding the market scenario and providing information to product and marketing teams from conversations with customers

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the B2B market;

• Experience in consultative sales, with a profile organized, dynamic, and with a sense of ownership;

• Experience in large negotiations with large companies and multinationals;

• Strong orientation towards results, with commitment and motivation to achieve a goal in a demanding and competitive business environment;

• Ability to prioritize tasks and clients, to ensure that time is maximized for revenue retention activities and that the most important clients receive an excellent level of account management;

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective systems to manage administrative tasks and track progress towards goal achievement;

• Excellent communication skill (listening, questioning, writing, and verbal) to ensure that the CIAL value position is clearly articulated to customers and that a persuasive business case is presented with a professional image;

• Experience in relationships with Director and C-Level levels and the ability to manage long-term relationships;

• Good commercial knowledge to help build credibility with the client, identify potential opportunities within a group or industrial sector, and express the benefits of CIAL in the appropriate commercial context

Desired Competencies

• Experience in Technology, Solutions or Information companies;

• Experience in marketing SaaS platforms
