Job Functions

• Contact and acquisition of key accounts (companies with more than 100 employees)
• Interlocution with the main contacts in companies: HR, Labor Relations, and Finance
• Development of consultative sales
• Strategic selling to define the closure of operations
• Creation and execution of work plans for the follow-up of key accounts
• Commercial activity registration in SFDC
• Networking actions

Profile Sought

• Person with a minimum commercial experience of 5 years in the sale of services/products
• Accustomed to working in direct channel with the main HR managers
• Valuable knowledge about the mediation channel and health insurance
• High capacity for interlocution, communication, and negotiation
• Accustomed to generating contacts at networking events
• Great knowledge of the local business fabric
• Experience in consultative sales
• Accustomed to working by objectives
• Higher University degree, postgraduate studies valued
• Office software: essential habitual user of the office package
• High level of English (valuable)

Skills

• Ability to work in a team
• Participation in the closure of shared sales
• Establishing links with account decision-makers
• Facility in personal relationships
