- The Business Development Representative will be responsible for outbound prospecting to identify and engage small businesses in the consumer goods industry. - The role involves account mapping to pinpoint key decision-makers and tailor outreach efforts effectively. - The candidate will develop personalized messaging for various communication channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and video. - Pipeline generation is a key responsibility, working closely with Account Executives to create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. - The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on customer needs. - The candidate will assist in refining the outbound playbook by building cadences and scripts tailored to smaller businesses. - Data management is essential, as the candidate will accurately log activities and track prospecting efforts in Salesforce.
