Responsible for working closely with new and existing customers to understand their Trust & Safety challenges and goals
Collaborates with the founding team, investors, advisors, and employees in a team selling environment
Focuses on building pipeline, identifying partner needs, and driving engagement with buyers
Works with customer engineering teams to prioritize product improvements and new features
Collaborates with product designers and investigations experts to create a consumer-grade experience for customers

Experienced in selling B2B SaaS to enterprise accounts with a track record of closing high five-figure deals
Demonstrates wide-ranging curiosity and a willingness to learn in a new space to effectively communicate with buyers and users
Successful in navigating complex, multi-month sales cycles and creating successful sales motions
Comfortable in a small company environment and has experience in building sales strategies from the ground up
Balances relentless optimism with realism, always prepared for the worst while striving for the best
