Job Title: Sales Representative

Client: Manufacturing

Working Location: Cincinnati, OH

Working Style: Hybrid (On-site during training period, 2 days working from home after)

Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time

Salary: Base - 45K-60K + Incentive

Working Hour: 9am-6pm (Flexible)

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment. This position requires frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.

What Will You Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Represent company at trade shows and events.
  • Travel frequently for client meetings and business development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating high levels of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and business development.
  • Knowledge of Japanese business culture and practices is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
