We are currently looking for someone for the position of:

Inside Sales Representative (Telephone Sales Representative)

Location: Warsaw, ul. Puławska 86

Scope of duties:

• Acquiring and servicing business clients (telephone channel)
• Ongoing customer support, explaining inconsistencies
• Maintaining and expanding the client database
• Working with CRM systems (including Salesforce)
• Administrative activities related to the department's functioning, including preparing sales agreements

• You are a positive person with experience in telephone sales or customer service
• You want to use your skills and gain more
• You are great at client contacts and building relationships
• You are communicative and actively listen
• You are proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• You are willing to plan and organize your work
• You communicate well in English (B2 level expected, communicative)
