B2B Sales Enablement Sr. Specialist

The B2B Sales Enablement Sr. Specialist is responsible for maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. This role is responsible for leading the integration and development of sales enablement programs and systems needed to manage the day-to-day data and processes for B2B. This position must collaborate across multiple internal and external teams and functions to understand the business and sales strategy, develop end-to-end processes around data reporting and marketing analysis in support of the strategy, and identify business issues and solutions based on advanced understanding of business processes and metrics.

Essential Duties

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

  • Maintains data, dashboards and reports necessary for continued management of our sales prospecting journey as well as retention data and customer lifecycles.
  • Leads customer lifecycle development, digitization, implementation, and standardization.
  • Leads pipeline process development and prospect mining.
  • Works with training team to develop documentation to allow for sales rep education, mapping, planning and execution both local and adapting from global contributors.
  • Salesforce Sales and Service process, development, maintenance, standardization
  • Manages and maintains the B2B CRM tool, Salesforce to ensure data accuracy, sales team compliance and continued data measurement within the system.
  • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants, sales teams or other departments to identify opportunities and find process efficiencies and best practice solutions.
  • Recognizes and resolves system issues related to sales programs, system partnerships, and current marketing programs.
  • Schedules and prioritizes tasks and responsibilities to meet the changing needs of the business including process improvement, ongoing support around reporting and analysis, and responding to ad hoc requests as they arise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Salesforce certification
  • B2B Sales experience a plus
  • Excellent product and process knowledge
  • Time management and work prioritization skills
  • Handles complex or unusual situations with ease
  • Identifies and takes action to improve process or situation
  • Ability to work cross functional with Fleet customers, internal and external sales representatives, credit, partners and Leadership
  • Must successfully pass a background investigation

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in Marketing, Sales or Technology
  • Coaching experience or ambition preferred
  • Advanced Salesforce certification
  • Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above.
  • Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.
  • Must be able to maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
