As Assistant Store Manager, your daily routine will involve:

• Focus on sales efforts: It is no secret that we put our customers and their needs at the center. Together with your Store Manager, you will manage sales competitions that motivate the team and meet our customers' desires. We are together to take responsibility for the customer.
• Practical tasks: You thrive on the daily practical tasks in a busy store. We work as One Team, and you are the front figure when ordering supplies, stocking products on the shelves, and making sure the store is clean and inviting.
• Leadership and development of the team: You will be part of a fantastic team. Together with your Store Manager, you contribute to all colleagues thriving and developing, both professionally and personally. And then there is your leadership style that attracts and engages the best employees.
• Focus on food safety guidelines: Handling food will also be a big part of your daily routine. Therefore, it is a plus if you already have experience working with food and adhering to food safety guidelines.

We will naturally teach you everything about our concept and values, so you are prepared for the operations in a Circle K store.
