As an Assistant Store Manager, your daily routine will include:

• Focus on Sales Initiatives: It is no secret that we put our customers and their needs at the center. Together with your Store Manager, you will manage sales competitions, which motivate the team and meet our customers' wishes. We are together in taking responsibility for the customer.
• Practical Tasks: You thrive with the daily practical tasks in a busy store. We work as One Team, and you are the front figure when ordering items, filling the shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting.
• Leadership and Team Development: You become part of a fantastic team. Together with your Store Manager, you contribute to the well-being and development of all colleagues – both professionally and personally. And your leadership style attracts and engages the best employees.
• Focus on Food Safety Guidelines: Handling food will also be a major focus of your daily routine. Therefore, it is a plus if you already have experience working with food and adhering to food safety guidelines.
