This role focuses on analyzing sales data across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to drive insights and improvements, supporting our sales team with the data they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales Reporting: Manage cross-Baltic sales reporting (70% periodic, 30% ad-hoc).
2. Power BI Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, customer behavior, and churn prevention.
3. Sales Pipeline Data Management: Analyze and maintain the data of sales pipeline, providing insights and updates to sales representatives.
4. Reporting: Prepare and distribute various reports to customers and internal teams.
5. Customer Data Management: Monitor, update, and improve customer master data.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work on projects and process improvements with various departments.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with B2B sales colleagues in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
• Coordinate with the European Circle K Team.

Requirements:

• +2 years hands-on experience with Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage customer data.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven, innovative, and creative problem-solver.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle's JD Edwards, and data cubes is a plus.
