Reporting to the Manager, Global Partnerships Activation, the position will coordinate the execution of the partnership elements on a global level and be responsible for the overall integration of partners in Cirque du Soleil's marketing campaigns, digital assets and onsite touring shows worldwide. The successful candidate will have an interest in customer service and relationship building, with the ability to maintain an attention to detail across a number of ongoing projects.
Duties would also involve liaising with partners and working closely with internal stakeholders.
BA in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline. Sponsorship, Partnerships activation or Events background is a definite asset;
3-4 years' experience in Sponsorship, Brand Activation and/or Marketing (agency or client);
Understanding of general partnership marketing principles and a mindset for strategic planning;
Teamwork, proactivity and attention to details;
Be self-directed and able to work independently with integrity;
Effective organization and prioritization, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands;
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work well with all levels of management;
Excellent level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Exceptional written and verbal communication (French and English) as well as relationship management skills.
