Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10-12+ years of techno-commercial sales experience, with at least 7 years in successful technology field sales. Demonstrated experience working with enterprise customers on both IT and OT initiatives. Strong knowledge of IIOT, OT, OT Security, and IT, particularly in environments with a mix of ITES and manufacturing accounts. Experience collaborating with industrial partners and a solid understanding of the industrial partner ecosystem. Proven track record in life cycle selling and driving long-term customer value. In-depth understanding of the IoT ecosystem, including solution deployment and integration. Good experience in wireless, routing, switching, and IoT technologies. Strong decision-making skills aligned with customer and business goals. Ability to identify and develop innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. Thorough understanding of the networking market and competitive landscape. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially for conveying complex concepts and influencing stakeholders.
