Citi Digital FX is at the forefront of providing innovative FX solutions, leveraging Citi's award-winning electronic execution platform, Citi Velocity, and a rich suite of FX APIs. We empower our clients to thrive in the digital age by designing and implementing solutions that address critical business needs in FX trading and risk management, around the themes of liquidity optimization, digitalization and operational efficiency.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Digital FX Sales team based in Hong Kong. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you will support the team covering corporate and investor clients, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. You will further:

1. Drive Digital FX Adoption: Execute our sales strategy to expand Citi's digital FX footprint among Asia North and Australia clients, including local and multinational corporations, banks, leveraged investors and asset managers.
2. Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop deep relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and objectives, and positioning Citi's digital FX and execution solutions to meet their needs.
3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with FX sales, Product owners, and partners from Banking and Services to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service.
4. Champion Innovation: Identify and pursue opportunities to leverage technology to solve client problems and drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing our sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across Asia North and Australia region.
• Understand risk management of FX flow across all electronic FX channels and contribute to portfolio return optimization.
• Proactively engage clients to understand their business relating to FX and identify the right digital solutions to address their needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to develop innovative and best-in-class digital solutions.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the FX and payments space.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
• Foster a robust Risk and Control culture and adhere to Citi's control framework and policy framework

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of sales and solutioning experience
• Previous experience with FX Sales, Trading, or relevant technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Keen interest in global markets and technology
• Languages: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be a significant asset.
