As a Sales Executive, you will oversee the entire sales process, from making cold calls and generating leads to sealing the deal. What you will do in this role:

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
• Maintain required activity standards to include conducting a minimum number of prospecting calls and cold call visits each week.
• Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
• Maintain and manage your "Top 100" list in the CRM.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Compensation

1. Base salary of $55,000 with additional bonuses and commissions.
2. Top performers have the potential to earn up to $150,000.
3. Cell phone allowance.
4. $450.00 / month Car Allowance
