Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will join our team of Sales Operations & Salesforce.com Development responsible for enabling our sales and marketing teams with critical information needed to reach our revenue goals. This role is a key member of the team that leads reporting, enablement and process improvement across the commercial teams.

Responsible for managing a high volume of daily, weekly sales reports and supporting territory managers and leadership with ongoing improvements to the CRM platform.

Location: Onsite/Remote: Preferred Onsite, eligible for Hybrid/Remote.

This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Collect, analyze, and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance metrics for the sales team and executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs that drive deal velocity, win rates and bookings growth.
  • Administer variable compensation plans for the global sales organization, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of commissions and incentives.
  • Prepare required commercial reports (IDN/GPO fees, rebate calculations, etc.) and support ad-hoc reporting needs with accurate, data-driven insights.
  • Drive sales effectiveness by managing cross-functional initiatives, improving sales processes, and enabling teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed.
  • Maintain product and equipment knowledge.

Salesforce Administration:

  • Assist in declarative Salesforce configuration to support business needs with accuracy and minimal errors.
  • Train and support Salesforce users to increase adoption and effectiveness.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate access.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions through metrics, filters and groupings.
  • Perform data management tasks using tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard and bulk update/export tools while ensuring data integrity.
  • Make simple user interface adjustments as needed.

The skills you need include:

  • Understanding of data structures and how to pull and analyze data.
  • Development of practical solutions to problems with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or an Associate's degree with 2+ years relevant work experience.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v/x-lookups, index-match, etc.)
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, Tableau, HubSpot and ERP integrations.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
