✨ About The Role
- The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be the first point of contact for potential customers, working closely with Demand Generation to catch interest and provide a friction-free experience for prospects
- Responsibilities include responding to leads, researching prospects, scheduling qualified meetings, and constantly evolving the lead qualification process
- Success in the role is driven by hitting daily targets of personalized emails/calls, fast follow-up on incoming leads, and delivering on Discovery Call goals
- The BDR will become an expert on Clariti's value proposition, the pains they solve for customers, and the benefits of using their solutions
- This role offers great growth opportunities into full-cycle sales, customer success, and other positions within the Go-to-Market team
⚡ Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant B2B sales and/or Govtech experience, with a responsive, friendly, and thoughtful communication style
- Strong listening, written, and verbal skills in English, with comfort in cold-calling prospects
- Curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions and learn about prospect pains and challenges
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach.IO, Salesloft, or similar CRM systems
- Bonus points for a successful track record in quota attainment, consultative selling experience, and interest in government technology or community development
