✨ About The Role
- Drive sales performance for aviation products across a portfolio of CLEAR airport locations
- Craft and utilize sales enablement tools to provide local support and coaching for field leaders
- Collaborate with field leaders to identify key performance factors, trends, and areas for improvement
- Conduct regular in-person assessments of location performance and coach local leaders to enhance sales productivity
- Adhere to the Sales Enablement playbook, evaluate existing tools, recommend improvements, and develop initiatives to maximize sales outcomes
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in sales with a minimum of three to five years in a multi-unit direct-to-consumer environment
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales enablement programs
- Strong understanding of sales data, methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, take ownership, and have a bias for action
