The Sales Support Specialist is highly organized and detail-oriented, focused on supporting our Account Management team to grow and retain existing ClearCompany clients by driving operational excellence and closing deals efficiently. This role's responsibilities include administrative tasks, managing contracts, and working cross functionally within the organization.
The base compensation for this position is $68,000 to $75,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance-based bonuses paid out annually of up to 10% of the base salary.
This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will work closely with the Account Management team. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with numerous departments including sales, revenue operations, finance, support, and customer success.
