- The role involves conducting extensive prospecting to engage with facilities managers and other key decision-makers in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- The C&I Sales Consultant will be responsible for qualifying leads and converting them into signed contracts to meet annual sales goals.
- The position requires helping businesses identify available incentives and maximize their energy savings.
- The consultant will hand off highly qualified participants to the Program Management team for seamless program implementation.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs is a critical aspect of this job.

- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience selling into the commercial and industrial markets.
- A strong preference is given to candidates with an established network of contacts in the Greater LA area or Southern California.
- Candidates should possess strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player is crucial.
- Familiarity with energy-related products and services is beneficial, although proven sales experience is the primary focus.
