In Click&Boat, there are three main operational Business Units:
Supply: deals with boat owners and makes sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.
Sales: deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
Customer Care: represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during, and after the trip), and links boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).
As a Sales executive dedicated to the international market, you will join the EN team among the Sales team of Click&Boat, a business unit of an average of 40 people.
Your direct manager will be the Sales Lead for the Italian market.
Missions:
You will be responsible for managing your client portfolio (no cold calling, only hot leads in your pipe!), which is comprised of Italian-speaking private and professional clients with a budget of over €5k who wish to book a boat. You will be responsible for the following tasks, which will vary according to the time of the year:
You will have a reachable annual target, which may be distributed on a monthly and/or four-monthly basis. Over-performance is rewarded.
Benefits:
Full-time contract.
Start date: ideally November (up to the 10th) or January.
The package is from 30k€ depending on experience.
The variable part is 20% not capped.
