Job Description
Team:
In Click&Boat, there are three main operational business units:
- Supply: deals with boat owners and makes sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.
- Sales: deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
- Customer Care: represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during, and after the trip), and links boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).
As a Sales executive dedicated to the international market, you will join the US team among the Sales team of Click&Boat, a business unit of an average of 40 people.
Your direct manager will be the Sales Lead for the US and UK market.
Missions:
You will be responsible for managing your client portfolio (no cold calling, only hot leads in your pipe!), which is comprised of English-speaking private and professional clients with a budget of over €5k who wish to book a boat. You will be responsible for the following tasks, which will vary according to the time of the year:
- Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners.
- Maximizing the conversion rate by applying sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat the next time they go sailing.
You will have a reachable annual target, which may be distributed on a monthly and/or four-monthly basis. Over-performance is rewarded.

Full-time contract.
Start date: asap.
The package is from 30k€ depending on experience.
The variable part is 20% not capped.
Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM aligned with the US market.
Preferred Experience
- You are a native in English. The knowledge of another language is highly valued.
- Ideally with one or two years of previous successful working experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales.
- You manage autonomously your entire Sales cycle, from the understanding of the need to the closing and the upsell of the client.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to communicate perfectly in English, both orally and in writing.
- You are a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude.
