Compensation: $90,000 base + Commission (On-Target Earnings ~$120,000 USD) Modality: Remote (candidates must reside in Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Austin) Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
What You'll Be Doing
- Establishing and re-establishing relationships with partners in your assigned territory, including potential new partners
- Communicating and articulating Clicklease's value proposition to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and long-term account success
- Delivering presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Developing strategies and programs that increase sales volume with existing vendors and drive financing growth
- Leveraging resources to understand partners' industries and business needs
- Keeping management informed of geographic and market opportunities
- Using Salesforce CRM diligently to capture partner data and maintain accurate notes
- Traveling for in-person partner meetings — up to 75% of the time
What You Have
- Engaging and personable approach with the ability to build strong, influential partner relationships
- Exceptional communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment and independently with minimal supervision
- Critical thinking ability to understand business needs and adapt to changes
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adjust strategies and tactics to meet evolving partner needs

What Will Make You Stand Out
- 5+ years of relevant B2B/B2C sales experience
- Tech-savvy and experienced using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Background in retail or wholesale industries
- Equipment finance industry experience a plus
