Compensation: $90,000 base + Commission (On-Target Earnings ~$120,000 USD)
Modality: Remote (candidates must reside in St. Louis, MO; Kansas City, MO; or Minneapolis, MN)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Establishing and re-establishing relationships with partners in your assigned territory, including potential new partners
Communicating and articulating Clicklease’s value proposition to achieve and exceed sales goals
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and long-term account success
Delivering presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions (virtual and in-person)
Developing strategies and programs that increase sales volume with existing vendors and drive financing growth
Leveraging resources to understand partners’ industries and business needs
Keeping management informed of geographic and market opportunities
Using Salesforce CRM diligently to capture partner data and maintain accurate notes
Traveling for in-person partner meetings — up to 75% of the time
Engaging and personable approach with the ability to build strong, influential partner relationships
Exceptional communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment and independently with minimal supervision
Critical thinking ability to understand business needs and adapt to changes
Strong time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to adjust strategies and tactics to meet evolving partner needs
Results-driven mindset with a professional, positive, and fun-loving demeanor
Consistently bringing energy, optimism, and a drive to win
5+ years of relevant B2B/B2C sales experience
Tech-savvy and experienced using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Background in retail or wholesale industries
Equipment finance industry experience a plus
