Compensation: $90,000 base + Commission (On-Target Earnings ~$120,000 USD)
Modality:  Remote (candidates must reside in St. Louis, MO; Kansas City, MO; or Minneapolis, MN)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

What you’ll be doing

  • Establishing and re-establishing relationships with partners in your assigned territory, including potential new partners

  • Communicating and articulating Clicklease’s value proposition to achieve and exceed sales goals

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and long-term account success

  • Delivering presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions (virtual and in-person)

  • Developing strategies and programs that increase sales volume with existing vendors and drive financing growth

  • Leveraging resources to understand partners’ industries and business needs

  • Keeping management informed of geographic and market opportunities

  • Using Salesforce CRM diligently to capture partner data and maintain accurate notes

  • Traveling for in-person partner meetings — up to 75% of the time

What you have

  • Engaging and personable approach with the ability to build strong, influential partner relationships

  • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment and independently with minimal supervision

  • Critical thinking ability to understand business needs and adapt to changes

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Flexibility to adjust strategies and tactics to meet evolving partner needs

  • Results-driven mindset with a professional, positive, and fun-loving demeanor

  • Consistently bringing energy, optimism, and a drive to win

What will make you stand out

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B/B2C sales experience

  • Tech-savvy and experienced using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

  • Background in retail or wholesale industries

  • Equipment finance industry experience a plus
