Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers in the renewable energy sector
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through email, phone, and social outreach
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and follow up on sales activity
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance lead scoring, prioritize outreach, and personalize messaging at scale
  • Use data-driven insights and Clir's proprietary solutions to identify high-potential prospects and optimize sales workflows
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and buyer needs
  • Regularly report on KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably B2B SaaS)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and technical buyers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for clean technology
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Tech & Tools

  • Experience or interest in working with AI-enabled sales tools such as lead enrichment platforms, intelligent email sequencing software, or chat automation
  • Familiarity with using data analytics and machine learning outputs to guide prospecting and messaging strategies

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $57,000 CAD/year
  • Variable commission with an annual OTE of $70,000–$85,000 CAD
