The Challenge Ahead

CloudTalk is scaling fast and we're looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to take our SDR and AE training to the next level. If you love building onboarding programs, driving continuous training, and keeping sales teams sharp with the latest product knowledge, this role is for you.

What You'll Focus On:

  • Use AI tools to design onboarding programs that get new SDRs and AEs ramped up quickly
  • Create ongoing training for AEs, including spiffs, workshops, and coaching sessions
  • Keep our product and sales knowledge base fresh and easy to use
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to spot skill gaps and roll out impactful training

What Makes You A Great Fit?

  • 2+ years experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles
  • Strong track record building onboarding or enablement programs for SaaS sales teams
  • Skilled at using AI to make training scalable and effective
  • Clear communicator, organized, and based in Barcelona (or ready to relocate)
