- You should have at least 5 years of relevant sales management experience, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment. - Your background includes a minimum of 1-2 years in a sales management role, demonstrating your ability to lead teams effectively. - You are adept at building scalable processes and implementing strategies that have resulted in a proven track record in SMB sales. - Strong negotiating and strategic selling skills are part of your repertoire, enabling you to qualify targets and prioritize sales efforts efficiently. - You thrive in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability, and you have a history of developing and driving such environments. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, such as Salesforce and Gong, is essential for tracking and analyzing performance metrics. - You are someone who values ongoing training and growth opportunities and is looking for a workplace that offers consistent and fair leadership. - You are prepared to work on-site in the Atlanta office and are legally authorized to work in the United States.
