✨ About The Role
- Develop and manage a carrier book of business to align with shipper freight needs
- Reach and exceed load coverage, volume, service metrics, and revenue goals
- Establish multi-dimensional relationships with carrier partners to support the growth of CloudTrucks/CT Exchange network
- Develop proactive communication processes for cross-functional collaboration and positive outcomes
- Coach and develop junior members of the CT Exchange Carrier Sales Team

- Experienced in Capacity Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the trucking industry
- Proficient in managing Full-Truckload operations including Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving results and making sound business decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also delivering individual results
