The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pipeline forecasting, Salesforce administration, and comprehensive knowledge of integrating various tools like Salesloft, D&B, Marketo, CaptivateIQ, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights. While experience with Clari is preferred, it is not mandatory.


  1. Pipeline Forecasting and Management:
    1. Utilize Clari and Salesforce for accurate pipeline forecasting and management.
    2. Implement and maintain bi-directional integration between Clari and Salesforce.
  2. Tech-Stack Integrations:
    1. Ensure seamless integrations between Salesforce and other tools such as Salesloft, D&B, Marketo, CaptivateIQ, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights.
  3. Dashboard and Reporting:
    1. Design and build crisp, standardized dashboards for sales and operations teams.
    2. Generate standardized reports to support the sales team's objectives.
  4. Salesforce Campaigns:
    1. Create and manage campaigns within Salesforce, aligning them with the organization's objectives.
  5. Data Automation:
    1. Develop automated processes to analyze new leads and streamline workflows within Salesforce.
  6. Sales and Ops Focus:
    1. Direct focus on sales and operations processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
  7. SaaS Expertise:
    1. Leverage a background in SaaS to comprehend metrics, data, and workflows inherent to SaaS sales.
  8. Standardization:
    1. Standardize the creation of dashboards, reports, and other relevant Salesforce elements.
  9. Enhancements for Salesforce Administration and Integration:
    1. Advanced Customization: Showcase the ability to perform advanced customization within Salesforce, adapting the platform to meet evolving business needs.
    2. Process Optimization: Emphasize the capacity to optimize and streamline existing processes within Salesforce, contributing to increased operational efficiency.
    3. Governance and Compliance: Highlight experience in establishing governance and compliance measures within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, security, and adherence to industry regulations.
    4. Scalability: Demonstrate a track record of implementing scalable solutions in Salesforce to accommodate the growing demands of global sales teams.
  10. Foresight, Planning, and Innovation:
    1. Strategic Roadmaps: Illustrate experience in creating strategic roadmaps for Salesforce and related systems, aligning technology initiatives with the overarching goals of the sales organization.
    2. Proactive Problem Solving: Emphasize the ability to proactively identify potential issues within the Salesforce ecosystem and devise innovative solutions to address them.
    3. Continuous Improvement: Communicate a commitment to continuous improvement, staying abreast of Salesforce updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
    4. Global Perspective: Highlight experience in supporting global sales teams, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of an international sales operation.
  11. Collaboration and Leadership:
    1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Emphasize collaboration with cross-functional teams, working closely with sales, marketing, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems.
    2. Training and Support: Showcase the ability to provide training and support to end-users, ensuring the effective utilization of Salesforce tools across the global sales team. Work with our enablement team to insure users are proerply trained and onboarded.
    3. Leadership in Change Management: Illustrate experience in leading change management initiatives related to Salesforce updates or system enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.


  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration and integration.
  • Familiarity with Clari (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of tech-stack integrations with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in building and customizing dashboards and reports.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment, understanding ARR and Services as a Subscription.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
