About The Role The Inside Sales Officer is responsible for a portfolio of customers on a local level for all trades, incl VAS, Intermodal and Xsell. The overall goal is to grow the business, improve the customer experience and increase the loyalty factor of small and medium sized enterprises (SME's) through tele sales.
